隶属砂拉越总理署的砂拉越公共服务数字化单位（SCSDU），在 2026 GovMedia Conference & Awards 中，赢得 Malaysia Social Equity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year - Community 组别奖项。

这次得奖的项目是 Service Sarawak。它把多个政府服务整合在一个入口，通过柜台、线上平台和流动服务，让民众处理事务不用跑太多地方。
根据 SCSDU 的数据，Service Sarawak 至今已服务超过 340万名客户，处理超过 550万宗交易，各渠道总收款达 RM61亿。
单位也表示，整体服务处理时间最多缩短 75%，过去3年的客户满意度维持在97%以上。
