Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

These terms apply when you access or use KuchingHub. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use KuchingHub.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Account information should be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organisation. We may restrict or close accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

Community contributions

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By posting on KuchingHub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, display, format, reproduce and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contributions are lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate another person's rights. Public posts may be indexed by search engines.

Unacceptable content and conduct

Do not use KuchingHub to publish or promote:

threats, harassment, hate speech or targeted abuse;
unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent or deliberately misleading content;
private or sensitive personal information shared without proper authority;
sexual exploitation, graphic abuse or content that places a person at risk;
spam, scams, malware, fake engagement or repetitive advertising;
material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights; or
attempts to disrupt the service, evade moderation or gain unauthorised access.

Moderation

KuchingHub may review, label, edit, move, restrict, lock or remove content, and may warn, suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the community, comply with law or enforce these terms. Moderation decisions take into account context, evidence, potential harm and community value.

We are not required to pre-screen every contribution and cannot guarantee that all user content is accurate or appropriate. User contributions represent the views of their authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of KuchingHub.

Copyright and content complaints

Only upload material that you created, are authorised to use or may lawfully share. Sources should be credited where appropriate. Copyright, privacy or removal requests may be submitted through our Contact page.

Third-party links, advertising and advice

KuchingHub may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, listings or offers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Information on KuchingHub is provided for general community purposes and does not replace professional legal, medical, financial or other advice.

Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. While we aim to keep KuchingHub useful and reliable, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, KuchingHub is not liable for indirect loss arising from service interruption, third-party content or reliance on unverified community contributions.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

禁止内容与行为

不得利用 KuchingHub 发布或推广：

威胁、骚扰、仇恨言论或针对性辱骂；
违法、诽谤、诈骗或蓄意误导的内容；
未经适当授权公开的私人或敏感个人资料；
性剥削、严重暴力，或可能使他人陷入危险的内容；
垃圾信息、骗局、恶意软件、虚假互动或重复广告；
侵犯版权、商标或其他知识产权的资料；或
干扰网站、规避管理措施或未经授权访问系统的行为。

社区管理

为了保护社区、遵守法律或执行本条款，KuchingHub 可在合理情况下审核、标示、编辑、移动、限制、锁定或移除内容，也可警告、暂停或关闭账号。处理决定会考虑事件背景、证据、潜在伤害和社区价值。

我们无法预先审核每一项会员内容，也不能保证所有内容完全准确或适当。会员内容代表作者个人观点，不一定代表 KuchingHub 立场。

版权与内容投诉

请只上传你创作、获授权使用或可合法分享的资料，并在适当情况下注明来源。版权、隐私或内容移除请求可通过联系我们提交。

KuchingHub 可能包含第三方网站链接、广告、商家资料或优惠。我们无法控制第三方服务，也不为其内容、可用性或处理方式负责。网站资料仅供一般社区参考，不能取代法律、医疗、财务或其他专业意见。

服务与责任
