隶属砂拉越总理署的砂拉越公共服务数字化单位(SCSDU),在 2026 GovMedia Conference & Awards 中,赢得 Malaysia Social Equity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year - Community 组别奖项。

根据 SCSDU 的数据,Service Sarawak 至今已服务超过 340万名客户,处理超过 550万宗交易,各渠道总收款达 RM61亿。
单位也表示,整体服务处理时间最多缩短 75%,过去3年的客户满意度维持在97%以上。
