古晋砂拉越叻沙｜Thian's Laksa：BDC 一碗熬出家味

来到 Thian's Laksa，重点不只是叻沙够不够辣，而是为什么一位会做多种面食的厨师，最后选择用这一碗汤建立日常摊位。在 BDC 的 C3 Food Cafe，Karen Thian 的叻沙来自她在监护人餐馆学习 19 年的经历；没有食谱本子，她把材料和做法全记在脑中。等到最小的孩子十岁，她才在家附近开档。如今这碗叻沙已有十多年熟客，她一直使用同一款叻沙酱，让回头客认得稳定味道；也可用叻沙汤配哥罗面、黄面和粿条。第一次来我会先点叻沙，再比较一种面食变化。这里适合早餐或早午餐：每日6:30至13:00营业，星期四休息，地点在古晋 BDC Commercial Centre 的 C3 Food Cafe。打开 Google Maps
