UNIMAS从2026年9月学期起逐步推行混合教学，但并非全校课程一律改上网课。 各学院和中心会在开学前，分别通知学生上课方式、出席要求、课表及课程指南。不同课程的线上与到校安排会有差别，学生应以所属学院发出的资料为准。 符合条件的本科与研究生课程，可把讲课和适合线上进行的活动搬到互动平台；实验、实习、工作坊、实地活动及合作项目，只要课程有需要，仍会留在校园进行。 住在古晋或三马拉汉、需要安排通勤和住宿的学生，不宜先假设整周都能线上上课。截至校方这次宣布时，各课程的具体课表仍未公开。

UNIMAS students should not assume the September semester will be fully online: only eligible programmes will move progressively into flexible hybrid teaching. Lectures and other suitable activities may be held through interactive online platforms, while laboratories, practical work, workshops, field activities and collaborative projects will remain on campus when a programme requires them. The arrangement covers eligible undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The university said each faculty and centre will issue its own teaching format, attendance rules, timetable and programme guidance before the semester starts. The online and campus mix will therefore differ by course rather than follow one university-wide schedule. Students commuting from Kuching or Samarahan, or making accommodation plans, should use the timetable from their own faculty before changing arrangements. No programme-by-programme schedule had been published in the announcement.
