Bukit Saban 被规划成为现代农业枢纽，重点包括 CPPC、Bebuling Agropark 和 Bebuling Airport。

他说，这些项目可以帮助农民和小园主提高收入，让农产品不只是种出来，也能通过更好的设施进入市场。
计划包括什么
拟议中的 Collection, Processing and Packaging Centre（CPPC）、Bebuling Agropark 和 Bebuling Airport，将通过 Betong Division Development Agency（BDDA）的拨款来规划。
乌加也说，州政府会继续支持乡区生计，包括肥料援助、胡椒和油棕种植、以及放养鸡和养猪等农业创业项目。
他同时呼吁家长鼓励孩子升学，因为砂拉越未来发展需要更多有知识、有技能的年轻人。
