上诉庭三司一致驳回张健仁上诉！「RM110亿黑洞论」诽谤案赔偿直接翻倍，总金额高达RM50万。
原本高庭判赔RM15万赔偿+RM5万堂费，上诉庭今日不仅驳回张健仁的上诉，还批准砂拉越政府的反上诉，赔偿金从RM15万翻倍至RM30万。
加上三笔堂费共RM20万（原审RM5万 + 上诉驳回RM10万 + 反上诉RM5万），张健仁总共要付RM50万。
这起案件源自2013年，张健仁（DAP砂州主席兼Stampin国会议员）发表言论称砂拉越国库有RM110亿「掉进黑洞」。2022年高庭裁定诽谤成立，指其言论暗示砂政府财务管理不透明、缺乏问责。
上诉聆讯中，张健仁代表律师Michael Kong要求重审，称原审法官错误阻挠传召前第二财政部长拿督斯里黄顺舸出庭作证。上诉庭驳回此申请，维持原判。
