砂州秘书处报96%投诉四天内解决 民众可追踪个案

砂拉越州秘书处截至2026年10月的投诉处理表现，报称在逾5万6000宗个案中，96%于四天内解决。
民众若有尚未解决的公共服务问题，可透过Talikhidmat提交反馈及追踪进度。官方服务列有24小时联络号码082-555999，手机应用也提供个案追踪和通知功能；跟进时保留原有个案记录，可避免把同一问题当成新的投诉重新说明。
州秘书处10月1日在布城获颁七项全国投诉管理认可，涵盖回应效率、服务交付、工作流程、投诉管理治理、人员能力、公共沟通和数码创新。
认可属于2025年公共投诉管理审计，评估工作于今年5月14日至7月30日进行，涉及全国13个州秘书行政机构。四天内解决96%的数字是整体处理表现，不等于每一宗新投诉都保证四天结案。
