MYJalan近69%道路投诉转交其他机构处理

MYJalan累计收到68,334宗道路投诉，当中近69%要转交工程部以外的负责单位。
这些投诉记录涵盖2023年8月1日至2026年7月31日。其中46,886宗涉及其他机构管辖的道路，包括地方政府、县署与土地局、灌溉与水利局，以及沙巴和砂拉越公共工程局。
MYJalan的“No Wrong Door”机制会先受理，再把个案交给相应单位。另有21,448宗投诉属于工程部及旗下机构监督的联邦或州道路；工程部称，20,762宗已经解决，686宗仍在处理中。
砂拉越民众可在平台选择10类道路与设施问题，并附上照片和GPS位置。报道列出的2026年9亿零420万令吉维修拨款，是沙巴、砂拉越和纳闽三地合计，并没有提供砂拉越单独数额。
