He said some wide roadside stretches do not have clear road lines or no-parking indicators. Because of that, motorists may think they can park there, only to receive summonses later. But he said traffic regulation should not fall on individual shops. The long-term target is simple: one app for public and private parking, first in Kuching, then wider areas such as Padawan and Kota Samarahan once the system is stable.
