诗巫繁忙路口智能交通灯试跑舒缓塞车

诗巫 Jalan Salim/Jalan Bukit Penyau 交界处，智能交通灯已经开始试跑。
这个临时智能交通灯系统会试跑一个月。电表星期二接通后，系统在星期三早上约 8 点开始运作。
武吉阿瑟州议员钱进一（Joseph Chieng Jin Ek）表示，这套交通灯装有感应器。如果 Jalan Bukit Penyau 没有车辆等着驶出，Jalan Salim 的车辆就可以继续通行。
驾驶者要注意
目前系统还在调整阶段。钱进一说，现场还需要改善，包括延长车道、移走一支路灯柱，避免等待转入 Jalan Bukit Penyau 的车辆挡住直行车流。
有关单位也计划画上黄格，进一步提升路口安全。
