AirBorneo CEO Megat Ardian 正式向受影响乘客公开道歉，并宣布将引进全新 ATR 72-600 飞机来提升航班可靠性。
最近几天，AirBorneo 多个航班在砂拉越和沙巴延误或取消，不少乘客被滞留在机场。
为什么会这样？
CEO 解释，主要原因是多架飞机同时需要维修保养，导致可用的飞机数量不足。他强调安全第一，但也承认这次对乘客造成很大不便。
接下来怎么做？
- 团队已经在 24 小时加班恢复航班
- 零件加快运抵，尽量减少后续延误
- 将逐步引进全新 ATR 72-600 系列飞机 — 之前已宣布的机队更新计划
- 受影响乘客可以安排改签、退款，有需要也会提供餐食和住宿
