古晋早餐粥｜Song Corner 的吴叔叔鸡粥（Uncle Goh Porridge）

天刚亮，Tabuan Heights 的 Song Corner 已经有人吃早餐；Jackson Goh 也早已端出一碗碗热粥。吴叔叔鸡粥（Uncle Goh Porridge）做的不是花巧早餐，而是一份让人安稳开始一天的米粥——这档口已经陪伴古晋人17年。
Goh 原本从事建筑业，58岁以前决定转行，把兴趣变成煮粥生意。他靠传统煮食经验、朋友分享和不断试味慢慢调整配方，让味道更贴近每天回来吃早餐的顾客。档口2009年先在 Jalan Tun Jugah 一带的美食中心营业，约10年前搬到 Tabuan Heights 的 Song Corner。
第一次来可以从招牌鸡丝粥开始；这是这里最受欢迎的选择，每碗 RM5。另有猪肉粥和鸡肉粥，走的是熟悉、清爽又能填饱肚子的路线。我会把它排在工作日早上的行程里，尤其适合不想吃得太重的时候。档口每天早上6时营业至中午12时，星期四休息。
