古晋鱼丸汤：Sungai Maong Rose 姐姐的家常一碗

在 Sungai Maong，早餐不一定要从一大盘炒面开始；一碗清汤也可以把早晨慢慢打开。You Liang Food Court 里的 Rose 姐姐鱼丸汤摊，是我会排进邻里美食路线的一站：味道简单，但背后有一段很温暖的家传故事。
DayakDaily招牌是鲭鱼鱼丸汤配面，汤头清爽，海鲜味自然，鱼丸则带着柔韧的口感。这里也能搭配肉丸、猪肝或猪肉，主食可选面或蒸饭；第一次来，我会先点鱼丸汤面，因为这正是摊位最有辨识度的一碗。
摊主 Rose Tiong 做这道汤约 15 年，食谱来自已故大嫂。正是这条家常传承，让它不只是普通早餐档：没有复杂的配料，重点就是热汤、面和鱼丸，吃起来轻盈，却很有记忆点。
