古晋私人医疗市场迎来十多年来最大扩张

古晋至少迎来 RM14.5亿私人医疗投资，规模是十多年来最大的一次扩张。
目前有三家新医院推进中：新加坡 HMI Medical 的 Regency Specialist Hospital Kuching、IHH Healthcare 的 Gleneagles Hospital Kuching，以及本地 Timber Land Group 发展的 Gardens Medical Centre。
现有医院也在扩建。Borneo Medical Centre 会在现有 80 张病床的基础上增加 250 张，预计 2028 年第一季度接收病人。
Gleneagles 将设有 200 张病床，投资额约 RM4亿。Regency 将设有 300 张病床，医院投资超过 RM4亿，另外 RM5000万用于未来五年的员工培训与发展，预计开业后可创造超过 1000 个工作机会。
到 2030 年，古晋预计拥有超过 2000 张公私立医院病床。推动这波扩张的因素包括本地医疗需求、人口老化和医疗旅游。砂拉越在 2025 年接待了 104,106 名医疗游客，其中 91,688 人到访古晋。
这项消息仍在发展，居民应以之后确认的通告为准，不要把初步宣布当成最终安排。
