古晋私立医院扩建计划投资14.5亿令吉

古晋私立医疗版图要改变了，至少14.5亿令吉承诺投资将投入新医院和扩建项目。
古晋私立医院市场超过10年没有新医院加入，如今三个项目陆续推进：The Northbank的Regency Specialist Hospital Kuching、Batu Lintang的Gleneagles Hospital Kuching，以及Kota Sentosa的Gardens Medical Centre。
现有医院也在扩充。Borneo Medical Centre将在现有80张床位基础上增加250张；Normah Medical Specialist Centre和KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital也计划增加床位。
到2030年，古晋医院床位总数预计超过2000张，公立和私立大致各占一半。BMC耗资3.5亿令吉的扩建工程预计在2028年第一季开始接收病人；Gleneagles的200张床位医院投资额约4亿令吉。
Regency的300张床位医院预计2029年启用，并创造超过1000个就业机会。Gardens Medical Centre目前的初步建筑预算为3亿令吉。
这波扩建主要受到本地医疗需求、人口老化和医疗旅游带动。砂拉越2025年共接待104,106名医疗游客，其中91,688人到访古晋。
投资额和未来床位数反映的是容量变化，不代表新服务今天已经开放。病人仍应向各医院查询正式开业、专科和预约安排，不要把工程消息当成当前医疗选项。
