古晋雾霾加重，药剂师吁户外戴高过滤口罩

随着空气污染指数上升，古晋药剂师呼吁民众在户外戴贴合度较好的高过滤口罩。
SHiNE Pharmacy首席药剂师Christina Wong表示，N95和KN95口罩在过滤细小污染颗粒方面，比松身的普通外科口罩更有效。Song Plaza Caring Pharmacy药剂师Wendy Tsai则建议使用KF94口罩，因为成人和儿童款都有。
两名药剂师都提醒，口罩是否贴合很重要。空气质量差时，家长应尽量让幼童留在室内；长者、哮喘患者及有慢性肺部疾病者，外出时也要特别小心。
其他建议包括多喝水，并减少不必要的户外活动。
对必须外出的居民来说，重点是口罩是否贴合脸部；密合的 N95、KN95 或 KF94，通常比松身口罩更能减少吸入细颗粒物。长者、儿童和心肺疾病患者在空气不健康时应减少户外活动。
