古晋60岁女子否认侵吞亡父RM242万遗产控罪

古晋一名60岁女子被控涉嫌侵吞已故父亲RM242万遗产，星期五在法庭否认控罪。
她在古晋地庭面对刑事法典第403条文控状。控方指，她涉嫌于2024年6月10日在Jalan Song Thian Cheok一间银行取出这笔钱，当时距离其父亲去世只有一天。
这笔钱据称来自已故父亲的银行户口，并相信属于遗产的一部分，原本应由合法继承人分配。
法庭批准她以RM10万保释，由两名本地担保人担保，并把案件定于9月28日进行审前案件管理。有关指控仍须经过法庭审理，不能视为已经定罪。
面对控罪或被扣查都不等于已经定罪，争议事实仍须由调查或法庭处理。公众不要把指控当成结论，也不要骚扰无关人士。
