烟霾重返砂拉越：5区空气污染指数达不健康水平

8月19日上午9时，烟霾再度影响砂拉越，5个监测区的空气污染指数达到不健康水平。
当时西连录得全砂最高的156点，接着是古晋154点、诗里阿曼152点、三马拉汉113点和沐胶106点。这些数字是环境局 APIMS 系统在特定时间的即时读数，并不代表当天一整天的情况。
API 介于101至200点属于“不健康”水平。不过读数会随着风向、降雨和热点情况改变，所以不要拿几小时前的截图当成最新数据。学校户外活动、户外工作或长途出门前，最好再查一次 APIMS。
儿童、乐龄人士，以及有哮喘、心脏或肺部问题的人需要更谨慎。读数偏高时，尽量减少剧烈户外活动；烟味明显时关好门窗。必须外出的话，贴合脸部的高过滤口罩会比宽松布口罩更实际。
文中的 API 是 2026-08-19 某个时段的快照，不是全天预测。下雨、风向和新的热点都可能令数字快速改变，进行运动、户外工作或长途出门前，应再查看 APIMS 最新读数。
儿童、长者以及哮喘或心肺疾病患者，在空气维持不健康时应减少剧烈户外活动。
