古晋67岁男子因鞭炮噪音扬言开枪，罚RM6000。
Saidi Abang Samsudin 8月17日在古晋法院大厦认罪，触犯刑事法典第506条（刑事恐吓）。如果无法缴交罚款，他将面对12个月监禁。
案件发生在2023年12月22日，地点是Jalan Wan Alwi一间餐馆。当时隔壁店铺举行开张活动，燃放的鞭炮声和烟灰让男子感到不满。
根据案情，男子叫女店主到桌边，亮出一个疑似手枪的物体，并说：“Saya rasa nak tembak ja u”（我觉得要射你）。警方之后起获一把Springfield XDS 9mm手枪、弹匣和5发子弹。
邻里噪音纠纷不应该升级成开枪恐吓。
