砂拉越多地继续受烟霾影响
根据砂拉越自然资源与环境局的每日烟霾监测，截至今天下午 4 点，砂拉越有 9 个地区的空气质量仍处于不健康水平。
受影响地区包括西连、三马拉汉、古晋、德边都、斯里阿曼、泗里街、诗巫、木胶和伦乐。古晋的空气污染指数（API）从早上 8 点的 177，稍微降至下午 4 点的 174。
古晋省卫生局提醒民众减少户外活动。必须外出时戴口罩、多喝白开水，也不要做剧烈运动。老人、儿童、孕妇，以及患有哮喘、呼吸或心脏疾病的人要特别小心。
如果出现不适或令人担心的症状，应尽快求医。
