暖心！Semenggoh 红毛猩猩 Ruby 产下第一胎 — 创下第四代繁殖纪录

古晋 Semenggoh 野生动物中心传来暖心消息 — 红毛猩猩 Ruby 顺利产下第一胎，而且还是中心史上首次出现第四代繁殖纪录！
保育员在 5 月 19 日下午约 5 时 50 分发现 Ruby 抱着新生宝宝，这项喜讯随后在 5 月 31 日通过中心社交媒体公布。
这次分娩之所以意义重大，是因为 Ruby 的宝宝是 Semenggoh 首例第四代红毛猩猩 — 代表 Ruby、她的妈妈、婆婆，到现在的宝宝，整整四代都成功在保育计划中繁殖。
中心表示，这证明了砂拉越多年来对婆罗洲红毛猩猩的保护和复育计划取得实效。
目前 Ruby 和宝宝健康状况良好，保育员会持续观察。
