Batu Kitang 社区巡逻从三哩开始，接下来会扩到六哩和十哩。
来源：The Borneo Post古晋 Batu Kitang 一带会陆续设立更多社区巡逻区，让居民、警方和社区领袖更快互通消息。
重点在哪里
Batu Kitang 州议员 Dato Lo Khere Chiang 说，第一个巡逻区已经在三哩一带设立，范围包括 Arang Road、三哩巴刹、Seng Goon Garden，以及 Timberland Medical Centre 附近。
接下来会再设两个区，分别是六哩和十哩。每个区都会由警方带领，并获得 Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation、Rela 和当地社区领袖配合。
对居民有什么影响
如果附近出现可疑情况，居民可以更快通报，也能通过社区 WhatsApp 群组加强联系。
Padawan 警区代表也在十哩 Kota Padawan Community Hall 的交流会上，向社区领袖示范 Volunteer Smartphone Patrol 手机应用。
