Kuching CHMS No.4 says scammers are using the school's name to ask people for money.

Source: The Borneo PostChung Hua Middle School No.4 in Kuching has warned the public not to trust messages claiming to be from the school or its principal, Johnny Kon.
Kon said people had reported receiving text messages and other approaches asking for financial help.
What the school said
The school will not ask for purchases, bank transfers, or money dealings through mobile messaging apps or social media.
Anyone who receives suspicious messages should check directly with the school before doing anything.
