砂拉越将生产不发热分光半导体芯片

砂拉越准备生产一种新的半导体芯片，可以分解光线，而且不会产生热量。
砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里说，这项芯片计划是砂拉越发展新经济和半导体工业的一部分。
他说，砂拉越正在开发以氮化镓为基础的新芯片。他形容，这种材料在相关用途上比硅更有优势，而且芯片设计由砂拉越本地人才参与。
阿邦佐哈里也提到，砂拉越正在推动全球首个使用玻璃基板、而不是硅基板的储存硬盘。

这不是普通的建厂消息。砂拉越现在要做的，是把自己推向高价值科技产品设计，而不只是承接工业项目。
