全砂料推统一智能停车App

砂拉越未来可能只用一个智能停车App。
古晋南市市长拿督黄鸿圣表示，Pay and Go 系统目前是朝向全砂统一停车付款系统的一部分。
长期目标是让民众无论在公共停车位，还是私人场所停车，都可以用同一个App处理。系统会先在古晋稳定下来，再逐步扩大到巴达旺、哥打三马拉汉等地区。
民众投诉怎么办？
目前已有用户反映停车罚单、系统故障等问题。
黄鸿圣说，民众应先向 Pay and Go 投诉。如果承包商无法解决，古晋南市政厅会再介入处理。
至于民众建议的5至10分钟付款宽限期，他也表示可以研究。
