虽败犹荣！古晋 Kuching City FC 创历史首闯大马杯决赛，锁定亚冠联赛名额

古晋城市FC（Kuching City FC）上周六晚在大马杯决赛以0-2不敌柔佛JDT，但整季表现已被视为球会史上最亮眼的一页。
在主帅 Aidil Sharin Sahak 带领下，Cats 一路过关斩将，首次杀入大马杯决赛：
- 16强： 首回合客场0-1输槟城，次回合主场2-0翻盘
- 8强： 对汶莱 DPMM FC，两回合6-2大胜
- 半决赛： 对雪兰莪，首回合1-1客场逼平，次回合主场1-0取胜，总比分2-1晋级
7场比赛取得4胜1和2负，攻入10球仅失6球。主场3战全胜，只丢1球。
不仅如此，他们在超级联赛的表现也锁定 马超第二 位置，成功获得 下赛季亚冠联赛二（AFC Champions League Two）参赛资格 —— 同样是球会历史首次！
决赛当晚超过5万名球迷涌入武吉加里尔国家体育馆，砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里及多名州联邦部长也到场支持。
JDT 分别在80分钟（Marcos Guilherme）和90分钟（Arif Aiman Hanapi）进球。古晋队在第60分钟获得点球机会但未能把握。
