古晋警方破获RM2,660万走私啤酒大案！3印尼男子被捕，1602酿酒厂喊冤

砂拉越近年来最大走私案之一！古晋警方在一场突击行动中，起获总值 RM2,660 万的走私啤酒和重型设备。
武吉阿曼野生动物犯罪局（Wildlife Crime Bureau）于7月3日展开代号「Op Taring Alpha 2」的突击行动，在古晋一间仓库内发现大量未经报关的啤酒库存，其中大部分来自本地精酿品牌 1602。
警方起获清单：
- 39,196 箱 1602 Smooth Lager（330ml）
- 20,788 箱 Pure Lager（330ml）
- 3,210 箱 Pale Ale，以及 Golden Lager、Lager Fresh 等
- 3 个装满走私啤酒的货柜
- 2 台 Toyota 叉车
现场逮捕 3 名印尼籍男子，年龄约 35 岁。
1602 酿酒厂反击：我们是合法的！
7月5日，1602 执行董事拿督斯里 Vicent Lee 召开记者会，强调公司持有完整执照——酿酒执照、批发执照和酒类销售执照，完全遵守法律，也已缴纳所有税务。
Lee 更暗示 1602 的快速成长可能影响了走私酒市场，怀疑执法行动背后另有因素。他表示将向警方、关税局和反贪会提交走私活动的相关证据。
此案在 1967 年关税法令第 135(1)(d) 条文下调查。今年1月至7月4日，武吉阿曼执法单位已在全国展开 199 次突击，逮捕 374 人，起获总值 RM2.585 亿的走私物品。
