古晋23人被控涉黑组织 —「Geng 24 Hung-Hung」犯罪集团案

古晋23名男子昨日被控上庭，涉嫌参与名为「Geng 24 Hung-Hung」的有组织犯罪集团。
控状指他们于2021年12月至2026年4月期间，在Sematan的Kampung Temaga Cina-Dayak一个油棕园内参与有组织犯罪活动。
他们是在刑事法典第130V(1)条文下被控，一旦罪成可被判监禁5至20年。
由于案件涉及2012年国家安全罪行（特别措施）法令（SOSMA），被告不获保释。所有23人需继续还押，案件定于7月23日过堂。
据了解，警方是在4月19日至23日展开的「Pusak Merah行动」中逮捕这批嫌犯。
