北砂油气田拟明年中增井 供气美里电厂

美里未来电力供气计划有新进展：砂总理阿邦佐哈里（Abang Johari Tun Openg）10月10日表示，砂石油公司（PETROS）拟在2027年中前，于马鲁帝附近的Adong Kechil West油气田开发另一口井，为美里Lutong联合循环燃气轮机电厂供气。
他是在古晋独立广场致词时作出说明，项目实际地点在北砂，不在古晋。他也提到将在Kuala Baram另钻一口勘探井，并指当地具备令人鼓舞的天然气生产潜力；勘探潜力不等于已经确认商业产量。
Adong Kechil West现有原油生产与新增井供气计划，须分开看。PETROS与PETRA Energy在7月24日宣布，该油气田早期生产系统已产出首批原油。总理此次更新指，原油产量为每日800桶；这个数字不是新增井的天然气产量。
PETROS在7月的公告中，把相关美里燃气电厂的投运目标列为2027年底。新增井的年中目标，与电厂的年底投运目标，是不同里程碑。接下来要看生产设施、供气基础建设及电厂实际进度，不能把计划时间表当作已经投入供电。
