古晋南市促明确处理时限 跟进三马再也营运需求

三马再也自由工业区企业遇到水供、基础设施或服务问题时，需要知道由哪个机构处理，以及何时能够解决。古晋南市市长黄鸿圣（Wee Hong Seng）10月9日在南市市政局大厦举行的工业园管理委员会会议上，要求各方把负责单位和跟进时限说清楚，让企业能够安排营运。
南市局负责市政服务、地方基础设施及周边地区事务；超出权限的事项，则转交相关机构。砂电子与支援业公司协会（SECA）把会员的关注事项带到委员会协调。因此，工业区的营运需求并非全部由南市局直接处理，明确分工才便于追踪进度。
会议听取砂水务公司有关供水容量、水压、水质、供应中断应对及未来扩产需求的简报，环境局也说明废水排放、废气和废弃物处置要求。此次报道交代的是服务协调与监管说明，并不是宣布工业区将停水，也没有指称任何一家工厂违规。
