古晋旧州议会大厦改建的Sarawak Performing Arts Centre，截至10月2日工程完成46%，进度较原计划领先1.6%，目标在2027年6月竣工。DayakDaily在现场巡视后报道了这项更新。
较重型施工已大致完成，后续重点转向室内设计与细部工程。由于项目是改建既有建筑，施工须配合原有结构，不同于从零兴建。
整体范围也涵盖旧Lapau Building改作餐厅，以及整修旧喷泉区域。不过，2027年6月是工程完工目标；报道没有公布场馆对公众开放日期或演出档期，不能把进度目标当作已经开放。
