Balingian首批22间RSP房屋交钥匙 另32间待建

Balingian乡村扩展计划首批22间Rumah Spektra Permata（RSP）房屋于10月3日交钥匙。项目尚有32间计划在剩余地段兴建，不能把整体54间都视为已完成。
**每间售价15万令吉，州政府提供1万令吉首期援助，其余14万令吉通过Mutiara Mortgage & Credit融资。**融资余额并非额外补贴，实际还款安排也不能以单一月供数字套用所有买家。
首批房屋是面积850平方尺的两层独立式单位，设有3间睡房及2间浴室。包括基础设施的第一阶段工程于2024年4月19日开工，今年4月14日完成；10月的交钥匙仪式与工程完成日期是两回事。
RSP的建设方式不仅分配住宅地段，也把基础设施、水电与房屋一并安排。砂拉越房屋发展机构的计划资料列明，优先对象为乡村扩展及安置计划获分配地段者。这次交屋不是宣布向所有购屋者开放的新销售窗口。
新增32间沿用首批的房型与设计，但仍属于后续发展阶段。对当地家庭而言，已交付房屋与待建单位应分开看待；这次更新未交代第二阶段的完工日期。
