沐胶Basong滤水厂扩建完成15.1% 拟增一倍产能

沐胶Basong滤水厂第三期扩建，目标把每日处理量从6,000万公升提高至1亿2,000万公升。截至10月2日的进度为15.1%，预计2028年9月完成。
这项州政府全额出资的工程耗资2亿4,398万令吉，包括新建每日可处理6,000万公升的滤水设施，以及铺设18公里、直径1,000毫米的原水管。工程于2025年9月开始，目前进度领先原定计划。
增加产能是为了应付沐胶省未来的住户和工业用水需求，并不表示现有用户已经获得新增供水。新设施仍在施工，供水规划也须顾及旱季原水不足对滤水作业的影响。
砂州较大的供水网规划还包括沐胶、泗里街、诗巫及加帛组成的中部系统；暂时无法全面接入供水网的乡区，则继续通过替代供水系统获得支援。
