古晋南市拟在商场及公共场所增设长者车位

古晋南市议会准备把现有长者专用停车位，从巴刹扩展到商场及其他公共场所。
目前南市辖下巴刹已有长者车位，每个地点约设两至三个，位置靠近OKU车位。MBKS表示下一步会把这项安排带到更多市民常去的地点，但尚未公布首批商场名单或启用日期。随着砂拉越人口老化，车位数量、位置和执行安排将决定这项措施是否真正方便长者。
MBKS也在研究增加OKU全尺寸车位。有关建议还要先经过市议会讨论，再提交部长批准，因此不能当作已经落实的措施。
接下来最值得留意的是南市公布哪些地点、何时划线，以及新车位是否能持续保留给合资格使用者。
