物价上涨下的达雅节:砂拉越年轻人选择简约庆祝

    物价持续上涨,砂拉越不少年轻人今年选择低调庆祝达雅节,把重点放在家庭团聚,而非铺张排场。

    达雅节即将到来,但今年的庆祝气氛明显不同。多名20多岁的砂拉越职场年轻人在受访时表示,生活费高涨让他们的预算更紧,但团聚的意义并未改变。

    • 25岁的初级土木工程师 Valentine Mapan Jalan 表示,今年家里会过得比较安静,因为要优先照顾生病的长辈。“我们不需要奢华来展现待客之道,”他说。
    • 24岁的行政主管 Irvina Joan 指出,油价和日常开支上涨限制了她的回乡探亲计划。她提到政府的 STR、SARA 及砂拉越基本需求援助金(SKAS)有助减轻部分负担。
    • 25岁的行政助理 Lydia Hyginus 今年缩减了达雅节预算,放弃了购买新家族服装。她说:“每次达雅节的时光都很珍贵,因为这是全家人难得能聚在一起的时候。”

    虽然预算收紧,但三人一致认为达雅节的核心——家庭团聚、共享美食以及传统文化——始终不变。
