古晋 ABC 冰｜Little Sky Cafe：Tabuan Heights 一碗 18 年的家传手艺

午后 Tabuan Heights 太阳最重的那几个小时，Jalan Song 上 Little Sky Cafe 柜台的小铃铛几乎没有停过。只要 Bernice Gan 一离开冰柜去补一杯 Kopi C，铃声就会把她叫回来——顾客们排着队等她的 ABC，像摊位自己在找人回来。
Bernice 从 2008 年就在这家 Tabuan Heights 咖啡店刨冰，到今年满十八年。手艺的起点更早：父亲退休前把传统甜品和刨冰的功夫传给她，一份只做了三个月的朝九晚五工作让她确定，自己真正想做的是这件事，于是把家传手艺变成了职业。同一个咖啡店里，她的妈妈经营着 kolo mee 摊位——一家人撑起了这家咖啡馆的一整天：早上是面条，太阳起来之后轮到冰。
招牌 ABC 是一层层叠出来的：红豆、玉米、各色 jelly、sago 和绿色的 cendol 铺在底下，盖上刨冰，淋上 gula apong，再浇椰奶或淡奶。gula apong 是砂拉越尼帕棕糖，带着焦糖的甜和一点点咸，正是这碗 ABC 和普通 ice kacang 拉开距离的地方。熟客还会轮着点 White Lady、cendol kacang、fruit ice，偶尔来一杯 Metahorn；她的 Kopi C——本地浓咖啡加奶——则是早餐时段安静的明星。
