古晋美里水泥价格涨幅全马最高！建筑材料全面涨价

大马统计局最新数据出炉 — 古晋和美里的水泥价格年涨幅分别达7.4%和7.5%，双双拿下全国最贵！
根据大马统计局（DOSM）发布的2026年5月建筑与结构工程特别报告，全马水泥平均价格从2024年5月的每50kg RM23.04，涨至2026年5月的RM25.95。
但砂拉越两城最夸张：
- 美里 年涨幅 7.5% — 全马最高
- 古晋 紧随其后 7.4%
- 全国其他地区年涨幅仅介于 1.0% 至 7.5%
首席统计师 Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin 指出，水泥价格按月也在涨，5月份全国各区涨幅介于 0.2% 至 2.1%。
其他建材同样起价：
- 钢铁 全国月涨 0.1%-1.3%，诗巫和美里涨幅较高
- 沙石 部分地区月涨高达 9.7%，诗巫也涨了 3.7%
- 碎石 全国月涨 0.3%-4.7%
建筑成本指数（BCI）显示，砂拉越各建筑类别按月涨幅在 0.1% 至 1.1% 之间。
目前普通硅酸盐水泥每50kg 售价 RM25.95，钢筋每公吨 RM3,517.50。
对于正在装修的屋主和正在进行工程的承包商来说，这些数字意味着实实在在的成本压力。
