砂拉越烟霾恶化：西连API达518，古晋310

西连警区总部监测站的空气污染指数（API）星期五早上8时突破500，10时升至518；古晋同一时间也录得310，进入危险水平。
西连读数从7时495、8时502、9时510，一路升至10时518。Lundu（323）、Tebedu（345）和Lubok Antu（398）同属危险水平；三马拉汉281、斯里阿曼245，则属非常不健康。
API超过300即属危险。州当局此前把500列为可能触发受影响地区紧急状态的门槛，不过刊载10时数据的报道并没有宣布西连进入紧急状态。
这些都是10时的即时读数，不代表全天情况。环境局的MyEQMS每小时更新；出门前应重看最新数据，危险水平持续期间尽量减少长时间户外活动。
