砂人工降雨仍待合适云层，3日至5日不保证执行

日期已经排出来，飞机却不能说飞就飞：砂拉越这轮人工降雨仍要等云层和风向配合。
9月2日的最新评估发现，现有云团并不适合播云，风势还把云层推向南中国海。即使马上作业，雨也可能落不到烟霾严重或水源吃紧的地区。当天傍晚4时，实文然和古晋空气污染指数分别报325点和309点，属于危险水平。
国家灾难管理机构原定9月3日至5日在8个水坝范围尝试人工降雨，地点包括Batang Ai、Bakun、Murum、Bengoh、Gerugu、Assyakirin、Sika和Matang；气象局和空军也参与行动安排。
截至最新通报，当局没有确认飞机已经起飞或完成播云。接下来能否在原定窗口内行动，要看气象局重新评估后的云层和风向，而不是单靠日期决定。
