老越17岁少年遭枪伤案，警方捕嫌疑人并起获自制枪

老越一宗17岁少年双腿中枪案出现新进展：警方于8月25日逮捕一名嫌疑人，并起获相信涉案的自制枪械。 案件发生在Long Lidong一带的水源收集区，少年早前在当地受伤后被送往老越医院，情况据报稳定。
警方说，起获的枪械当地称为“bakakuk”，被藏在嫌疑人住家附近一间小屋，枪身以锌片覆盖。少年当时到森林一带打猎，警方调查认为他疑被同行朋友误认成动物而中枪，但这仍属于调查中的案情，不代表案件已经定案。
警方目前援引《刑事法典》第307条文及《1960年武器法令》第37条文调查。现阶段只有逮捕和起获枪械的进展，警方尚未公布任何提控或法庭结果，公众不应把嫌疑人当成已经被定罪者。
