砂拉越9月1日起接管民都鲁港管理

民都鲁港将在9月1日起由砂拉越政府接管管理，三年过渡程序已经完成。
《2024年民都鲁港务局（解散）法令》将在8月31日生效，民都鲁港务局（Bintulu Port Authority，BPA）随后由联邦管理转由砂拉越政府管理。交接涉及员工、资产、财务和法律事务，三项已落实的安排包括吸纳全部BPA员工、归还部分资产，以及支付移交资产款项。
民都鲁港自1979年设立以来，已成为砂拉越重要的贸易及液化天然气（LNG）门户。报道所述是港口管辖权及行政管理转移，并未宣布港口关闭。未来如何与砂拉越其他港口整合，以及港口用户会否面对服务安排变化，仍有待进一步说明。
