诗巫Teku房屋计划推进，243单位预计36个月完成

诗巫Teku村扩建计划进入落实阶段，拟兴建243间可负担房屋，工程预计需时36个月。
这项计划总值约1亿1700万令吉，项目地段已经移交砂拉越房屋发展机构（HDC）。目前先拨出35万令吉，在第13大马计划下展开地段清理和土方工程。
项目占地40.2英亩，规划兴建独立式高脚屋，每个屋地面积约8.3 points。新婚夫妇拟列为这一阶段的优先申请对象，但计划并非只开放给新婚夫妇，符合资格的诗巫公众也可以申请。
当局尚未公布申请截止日期和筛选细节。有意申请者应等待HDC正式说明；列为优先群体，也不代表会自动获批。
