霾害加剧，砂拉越591所学校明天继续停课。
砂拉越教育局表示，临时停课措施从8月20日即时生效，并延长至明天（8月21日），原因是多个地区下午3时录得不健康的空气污染指数（API）。
这次涉及509所小学（107,590名学生）和82所中学（89,733名学生），共10个县教育局：古晋、Padawan、Bau、Lundu、Samarahan、Simunjan、Serian、Sri Aman、Lubok Antu和Betong。
教育局要求学校通过环境局APIMS系统留意空气指数，并遵照卫生部的建议。若情况有变化，教育局会再发出通知。
文中的指数是 2026-08-20 某个时段的记录，家长在安排上课和户外活动前，仍应查看 APIMS 最新读数和学校通告。指数再次上升时，复课并不代表全天候已经安全。
