砂拉越教会学校今年获拨3000万令吉，资助将不只用于硬体。
砂拉越州政府将继续通过其他宗教事务单位（Unifor）资助教会学校，今年拨款3000万令吉。
砂拉越副总理拿督阿玛道格拉斯说，拨款用途将不再局限于桌椅、餐厅等基本设施，也会用于软件、软技能和激励课程，帮助学生提升科学与数学成绩。
这项安排主要是帮助更多学生，尤其是乡区教会学校的学生，达到砂拉越属下大学的入学资格，并有机会享有砂拉越免费高等教育计划。
Unifor今年首阶段已发放3487万令吉，惠及148项计划；剩余的5512万令吉预计在10月发放。
拨款属于计划承诺，每所学校什么时候进行什么工程，仍要看正式执行资料。家长和学生应跟进学校或负责部门下一次公布的安排。
