砂公立医疗缺931名医生

砂拉越公立医疗系统仍缺 931 名医务官，医疗人手压力不小。
卫生部长拿督斯里祖基菲里阿末医生（Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad）在国会上议院书面答复中说，截至 6 月 30 日，砂拉越获批的 3,119 个医务官职位，只有 2,188 个已经填补。
卫生部另外安排了 575 名合约医务官，所以目前实际在砂拉越服务的医务官人数为 2,763 人。
其他医疗人手缺口
- 公立医疗整体人手：31,409 个获批职位中，已填补 25,635 个
- 专科医生：932 个获批职位中，仍缺 263 个
- 护士：7,966 个获批职位中，仍缺 1,226 个
- 药剂师：975 个获批职位中，已填补 901 个，另有 163 名合约药剂师支援
祖基菲里说，卫生部会继续通过招聘、正式与合约委任，以及根据砂拉越各医疗设施需求调派人手来填补空缺。
