古晋PPR租屋月租低至RM100

古晋多个 PPR 租屋项目，是砂拉越 B40 家庭的低租金住屋支撑。
来源：The Borneo Post砂拉越房屋发展机构（HDC）目前管理全砂 7 个主要人民组屋计划（PPR）租屋项目，总共有 3,715 个单位。
HDC 首席执行员 Fathi Hambali 表示，PPR 租屋计划是给符合资格家庭的过渡性住屋，让他们在有能力买房前先有稳定住所。
古晋占了不少单位
报道列出的古晋相关 PPR 项目包括：
- PPR Taman Dahlia, Kuching：816 个单位
- PPR Batu Gong, Kuching：500 个单位
- PPR Landeh, Kuching：443 个单位
- PPR Demak Laut, Kuching：256 个单位
- PPR Sri Wangi, Kuching：200 个单位
砂拉越 PPR 月租介于 RM100 至 RM250，已包括管理费。
符合资格者包括前木屋区家庭、没有自住房屋的 B40 家庭，以及 B40 收入群体内的残障人士。
