砂移民局21地点取缔，30外籍人士被扣

砂拉越移民局在21个地点检查117人，并扣留30名涉嫌违反移民法令的外籍人士。

古晋，7月26日：砂拉越移民局从上周四至周五展开一系列执法行动，扣留 30名外籍人士。
这次行动覆盖 21个地点，包括 Kota Sentosa、Tapah、Siburan、Serian、Kota Samarahan、Batu Kawa、Tabuan Jaya 和 Pending。
取缔重点
移民局表示，行动是根据公众投诉和情报监视展开。
执法人员主要检查咖啡店、涉嫌进行非法线上赌博的场所，以及娱乐场所。
在 117名受检人士 当中，30名外籍人士被指涉嫌逾期逗留、持逾期准证、没有有效准证，或滥用社交访问准证。
相关涉嫌罪行涉及《1959/63年移民法令》第15(1)(c)条文、第6(1)(c)条文，以及《1963年移民条例》第11(7)(a)条文。
所有被扣者已被带往移民局办事处，以便当局采取后续行动。
