Gardenia将在哥打三马拉汉建RM3000万面包厂

以后在砂拉越买到的 Gardenia 面包，可能就是本地生产了。
Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad（KTC）将和砂拉越基金会旗下 Sanjung Etika Sdn Bhd 合作，在哥打三马拉汉设立 Gardenia Bakeries (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd，投资额达 RM3000万。
这座新厂预计 2027年投入运作。
对砂拉越有什么影响
厂房会建在哥打三马拉汉一块 7.56 英亩土地上，并采用先进生产技术。公司也会先完成清真认证、食品安全和品质管控要求，才正式生产。
砂拉越副总理拿督阿玛沈桂贤表示，这项投资显示砂拉越吸引企业的不只是电力，也包括本地人才和生活环境。
对消费者来说，重点很直接：以后砂拉越不必那么依赖外州运来的 Gardenia 面包。
