古晋法庭：疑涉Geng 24男子否认拥枪及120发子弹

古晋法庭今天审理一宗拥枪与子弹案件，一名40岁男子否认7项控状。

这名男子被指是「Geng 24 Hung Hung」高级成员，今天在古晋地庭及两间推事庭面控后，全部否认有罪。
其中一项较严重控状，是指他涉嫌无合法执照或准证，持有一把黑色 Stoeger 自动霰弹枪。若罪成，可面对最高14年监禁及最多6下鞭笞。
他也另外面对6项控状，涉及涉嫌无授权持有共 120发各类子弹。

详情： 控状指相关事件发生在4月15日凌晨约2时30分。案件管理日期分别定在7月23日及8月6日。部分子弹控状获准以RM9,000及两名本地担保人保释，不过由于他早前已涉及另一宗有组织犯罪控状并被还押，目前仍会继续扣押。
